Yacht Crew
You are the face of the company greeting customers at the dock. Your responsibilities will include customer service, business promotion and program sales. You will welcome guests upon arrival; sell products to public; assisting customers on boarding. You will be responsible for daily cleaning and detailing all yachts. On board you will assist the captain with sailing the boat and follow all orders relating to the safety, comfort and enjoyment of the guests. You will entertain guests and provide beverage and food service and prepare food as required.
When not on the dock you will be connecting with hotel staff, promoting the company and selling charters.

Large Boat Captain
Your principal responsibilities are the Safety, Comfort and Enjoyment of our customers. You will entertain guests and captain Yachts 38-41' carrying passengers through the Toronto Harbour/Island Lagoons and Lake Ontario.
Required Skills:

Minimum 10 years Sailing Experience on comparable vessels

Transport Canada Licensed - Limited Master 60 ton (training and licensing provided by GSA)
Hours: May – Jun 10-20hrs/week (FT) 5-10hrs/week (PT)
July – Aug 30-40hrs/week 5-15hrs/week
Sept-Oct 10-20hrs/week 5-10hrs/week
Flex hours 7 days/week 9:00am - 12:00am
Comp: hourly + gratuity + bonus
Small Boat Captain

Yacht Detailer
You are the back bone of the yacht crew. Assisting in docking and undocking of all yachts and guest service. Your daily responsibilities include detailing, cleaning and servicing all yachts, assisting with general maintenance and minor repairs.
Hours: Apr-Oct
25-40hrs/week Flex Shifts 8:00am-9:00pm including weekends
